A Winter Cocktail Full of Sun

Amanda makes a delicious cocktail using our Lumiere d'Hiver as one of the main ingredients. Lumiere d"Hiver is our fortified desert wine made in the style of the Vin Deux Naturel wines from southern France.

Lumiere d'Hiver is also one of the main ingredients tused in our Sangria on Sangria Saturdays that start in May and run until September. Lumiere D'Hiver is available for purchase in our winery lounge and online store.

Here's the recipe for the L'Hiver en Rose cocktail:

60ml Lumiere D'Hiver,

30ml Triple Sec,

30ml mango juice

15 ml lime juice

Just add ice and shake in a cocktail shaker to mix. Serve right away.
